单筒双井表层预斜技术及其在绥中36-1 油田的应用

表层预斜钻进是丛式井防碰绕障的关键手段,然而对于单筒双井而言,由于井眼尺寸较大,且需要扩眼钻进,因此表层预斜难以实施。对绥中36-1 油田实施单筒双井表层预斜技术的方案设计、施工过程、应用效果进行了详细阐述,并且进行了总结分析,提出了改进方案,对后续调整井防碰绕障作业具有一定的借鉴意义。
Surface preventive oblique drilling is the key method of anti-cross in cluster wells. However, for the single hole double wells, because of large size of well hole and the need of enlarging hole to drill, therefore it is difficult to implement for inclined surface. In this paper the implementation concept design, construction process and application effect of the surface preventive oblique technology for single cylinder double well in Suizhong 36-1 oilfield are elaborated, and the paper has carried on the summary and analysis, proposed the improvement concept, it produces a certain reference significance to the operation of anti-cross in follow-up adjustment well.
