摘要
科学探索井是中国海洋石油股份有限公司在渤海湾所钻的第1 口高温高压探井。该井?152.4 mm 井眼钻到中生界潜山地层,井底压力超过76 MPa, 井底温度达到178 ℃,?152.4 mm 裸眼试油时,检测出气体中CO2 含量高达50%~53%,H2S 含量18~130 mg/L。井下环境条件复杂,给后续固井作业带来巨大挑战。本文以科探井?152.4 mm 裸眼水泥塞固井作业为例,从水泥浆的防腐蚀机理、平衡注水泥浆措施等方面,对深井复杂环境条件下小井眼水泥塞固井技术做了较为详尽地介绍。通过此项技术的应用,解决了高温高压高腐蚀环境下固井质量问题,并总结出一套适合渤海湾复杂环境条件下小井眼水泥塞固井的技术。
Abstract
The scientific exploration well is the first HTHP exploration well of CNOOC in Bohai bay. This well’s 152.4 mm borehole drilled to buried hill strata of Mesozoic, the TD pressure is over 76 MPa and temperature is over 178 ℃. During testing oil in 152.4 mm bare hole, CO2 content was 50%~ 53% and H2S content was 18~ 130 mg/L in the detected gas. The complicated well bore conditions bring heavy challenges for cementing. This paper takes this well’s cementing operations as an example and gives a detailed production for solving these cementing challenges form using antisepsis system to balanceable cementing method, etc. This technology guarantees the cementing quality and gets a successful practice of slim hole cementing method under complicated conditions in Bohai bay.
