以线弹性理论为基础,考虑井眼围岩应力对射孔孔壁应力状态的影响,分析了定向油井井眼围岩的应力状态和射孔孔壁的应力分布;利用孔壁应力分布和Drucker-Prager 破坏准则所建立的出砂预测模型编写预测软件。对渤海地区某油田几口油井的出砂进行预测,预测结果与油井实际情况较吻合。
Based on the theory of linear elasticity, considering the influence of the surrounding rock stress on the stress state of perforation hole wall, we analyze the stress state of surrounding rock for directional oil well hole and the stress distribution of perforation hole wall via force to rock; Moreover, taking advantage of the stress distribution on hole wall and the sand production prediction model established by destroying criterion of Drucker-Prager, the prediction software are authored; Through the sand production of several wells in the X oilfield located in Bohai area, the prediction model was tested, and the forecast result and the actual situation are in good agreement.
