Field test of amine polymeric alcohol drilling fluid system in Baka block

巴喀区块2500 m以下井段有巨厚煤层且分布段长,地层煤线胶结疏松并夹杂煤层间碳质泥岩。新井眼钻开后应力获得释放,极易导致坍塌掉块形成近似椭圆的井眼,造成蹩钻、起下钻阻卡甚至井眼报废等恶性事故。通过三次回收率和岩心浸泡等室内实验评价了胺基聚醇AP-1的防塌能力,并优选出了胺基聚醇钻井液体系配方。室内研究表明,该钻井液具有较强的抑制性和抗污染能力,其塑性黏度为24 mPa·s、动切力为11 Pa,岩心渗透率恢复值81.9%~89.6%。柯21-平1井的成功试验表明,该钻井液体系有效地解决了下侏罗系煤层及碳质泥岩的坍塌问题,且具有较强的润滑能力,能有效地提高钻井速度,同时在提高储层保护性、控制钻井液流变性、提高钻井液抗污染性和减少井下复杂事故发生等方面效果显著。
Extremely thick coal bed appears below the depth of 2500 meters in Baka block, and it covers long well interval. And it is unconsolidated and mixed up with carbonaceous mudstone between beds. The relieved stress after a new borehole is drilled will lead to the wellbore caving and peeling and finally form an approximate elliptic borehole, causing vicious accidents, such as bit bouncing, bit freezing while tripping and even borehole discarding. The anti-sloughing capability of amine polymeric alcohol (AP-1) was evaluated by tertiary recovery test and core socking test, and the formula of amine polymeric alcohol drilling fluid system was also optimized. Indoor research showed that the drilling fluid had strong capability of inhibition and pollution resistance, with plastic viscosity as 24 mPa?s, shear force as 11Pa and permeability recovery value as 81.9%~89.6%. The successful test on Ke21 Ping 1 well indicated that the drilling fluid system with powerful inhibition could effectively solve the collapse of Jurassic coal seam and carbonaceous mudstone, and presented high lubricity. Meanwhile it could improve the penetration rate effectively, and performance well in gaining reservoir protection, controlling drilling fluid rheology, enhancing pollution resistance and reducing the occurrence of complex downhole accidents.
