莫116井区地质条件复杂,前期评价阶段钻井均采用三开井身结构,为降低钻井综合成本,提高开发效益,2011年在该区块开展了二开不下技术套管的钻井研究工作。通过分析莫116井区已钻井的测井资料、录井和测试资料,确定地层三压力剖面,优化井筒已有的三开井身结构;根据钻具力学分析和前期实钻结果,确定了单钟摆的钻具组合形式;采用测井资料聚类分析方法得到莫116井区地层岩石可钻性参数,从而优选推荐与地层匹配的钻头选型;采用钾钙基有机盐钻井液体系,解决大段强水敏性泥页岩地层引起的长裸眼段井壁不稳定问题。上述钻井研究结果应用于莫116井区现场实践,实现了二开不下技术套管安全高效钻进的目标。
The geological condition of Block Mo116 is complex, with drilling depth of 4300 m. The intermediate casing was run in all the drilling wells in the appraisal period. For reducing the integrated drilling cost and improving the development benefit, drilling with simplified casing program in Mo116 Block was studied in 2011. By analyzing the logging and testing materials of the drilled well, the three-pressure profile was determined and the well casing program was simplified. The single pendulum assembly was determined to be used according to the mechanics analysis of the drilling tools and the actual early drilling results. The optimum type of drilling bit was recommended according to the drillable parameters of the formation rock in Block Mo116 obtained from the clustering analysis of the logging materials. and the potassium calcium based organic salt drilling fluid was taken to overcome the wellbore instability in long open hole section caused by strong water sensitivity of the mud shale formation. The achievements above were successfully used in Block Mo116 to realize the safety and efficiency with simplified casing program.
