为了解决盐膏层钻井难的问题,针对河南省舞阳地区的含盐地层和舞阳Y4井钻井液应用中暴露的问题,通过对盐水钻井液配方及添加剂作用机理的研究和盐水钻井液优配原则分析,设计出了一种高矿化度和强抑制性的饱和抗盐钻井液体系,添加剂仅为低黏Na-CMC、SMP-II、水解聚丙烯腈钾盐和磺化沥青4种,成功完成了Y4井的钻探施工。
In order to overcome the difficulties in salt formation drilling, especially for Wuyang area, and to solve the problem exposed in slurry application of Well Y4 in Wuyang, a type of saturated salt resistant slurry system is developed, through the study of salt water drilling fluid formulation and the working principles of additives, and the analysis on the priority principles of the saline mud. The slurry makes Well Y4 drilling a success. It not only meets the needs of conventional salt formation drilling, but also is adaptive, environmental-friendly and economical.
