合理描述复杂地层固井水泥浆的流变性,准确表达温度对流变性的影响对固井施工和固井质量尤为重要。从评价迪那区块固井水泥浆的流变性出发,结合塔里木油田固井现状以及现场试验数据,分析了固井水泥浆流变参数的常规计算方法及回归计算方法;利用回归分析的数学方法,对各流变模式的流变参数进行了综合回归计算与分析比较,优选得出适合塔里木油田的HB流变模式以及温度对流变参数的影响方程。因为影响流变参数的因素很多,为准确计算流变参数,可根据得出的反映温度与流变性关系通用的二次函数方程,结合不同的试验条件、水泥浆配方、外加剂以及数据可以回归出有针对性的关系式。
For cementing operation and cementing quality, it is extremely important to describe cement slurry rheology and the effect of temperature on rheology. According to cementing status and field test data in Tarim oil field, the methods to calculate rheological parameters of cementing slurry is studied, including simply computing method and regression analysis. The rheological parameters of different rheological models are calculated and compared by regression method, and the optimized H-B rheological model and the equation of the temperature effect on rheological parameters for Tarim field are obtained. Since many factors would impact rheological parameters, the general equation of temperature effect could be used to regress the target equation, considering different examination conditions, slurry formula, additives, etc.
