Fracturing technology for low permeability sandstone reservoirs in Liuxi oilfield

留西砂岩油藏具有储层渗透性差、层数多、厚薄不均,且层间矛盾突出等特点。油藏投入开发后,由于注水井吸水困难,导致储层供液能力差,大部分油井处于低产低效开发。采取全井笼统压裂增产措施,不能达到选层、分层改造的目的。针对上述问题,研制出低伤害压裂液和配套工艺,在实施油井多层压裂改造时,通过优选压裂层位,采取不同的压裂工艺组合,取得了较好的增产效果。
the Liuxi sandstone reservoir is characterized by poor permeable formation, large number of layers, layers with uneven thickness and serious heterogeneity and conflicts among formations. The fact that the injection wells absorb water difficultly with the development of the reservoir has made liquid delivery of reservoir is very poor, and most oil well is under the low production and low efficient condition. So the general stimulation treatment such as whole section fracturing can not improve the production by single and separate layer. Focus on the above problems, a low damaged fracturing fluid and the supporting technology have been developed, and during the multilayer fracturing for oil wells, different fracturing process combinations were adopted by optimizing treatment sections, and the result of output increase has been proved very well.
