Application of well control technology on adjustment wells in matured areas of Shengli Oilfield

胜利油田老区由于经过长时间注水开发,地层压力紊乱,调整井钻井过程中常遭遇同一裸眼井段存在多套压力层系的问题 ,井涌井漏事故时有发生,加大了井控的难度。分析研究了胜利油田老区地层压力特征、调整井钻井过程中的出水外溢、井漏等复杂 问题,探讨了油田注水开发过程中地层压力异常的原因,分析了诱发地层出水的原因及危害,进而提出了所应采取的注水井关井停注 泄压、边溢边钻、压井、套管封隔等井控技术措施,实践证实了所用井控措施科学可行,为中后期油田老区调整井钻井井控提供了技 术经验。
Formation pressure disturbance is very common in matured areas of Shengli Oilfield due to long period of waterflooding development, and the issue of different pressure systems in the same openhole segment is often met during adjusted well drilling. And Loss of circulation and well kick often happen. all of the above issues increase the difficulty of well control. Formation pressure characteristics, effluent water spillover and circulation loss during adjustment well drilling are analyzed, and the reasons leading to abnormal pressure are discussed. Reasons that cause formation water production are explored in detail, and corresponding measures are proposed, which are pressure relief by stopping water injection in injectors, drilling while spilling, well killing and casing isolation. The applications prove the feasibility of the used well control method.
