摘要
州6低孔特低渗水平井试验区需压裂完井,因此必须进行整体压裂优化研究。在考虑储层渗透率的应力敏感性和启动压力梯度的情况下,建立了水平井井组的整体压裂优化模型,采用该模型首先对各水平井组进行了单因素优化,之后采用正交方案设计和模糊识别方法得到州6区块最优的水平井整体压裂方案。研究结果表明,水平井各段缝长不同,总体应按两端缝长较长、中间缝长较短设置。将整体压裂方案成果应用到了现场实践,水平井压裂后初期产量为直井的3.4倍,增产效果较好,同时也验证了该模型的合理性。
Abstract
Low porosity extra low permeability B6 block need be fractured before putting into production. This paper establishes a numerical simulation model when taking into consideration of the start-up pressure and permeability sensitivity to pressure in low permeability reservoir. Using the model, firstly fracture length and conductivity of every stage of horizontal wells and vertical wells are optimized, and then the integral fracturing cases are optimized using orthogonal experimental design and fuzzy recognition method. The optimization results show that the fracture length of stage near the heel and toe should be longer than that of stage in the middle of the horizontal section. The integral fracturing cases are used to direct the fracturing treatment design, and the oil production of horizontal wells is 3.4 times as that of vertical wells, The model is reasonable through comparing the oil production between the model and real data.
