摘要
水力喷射压裂是集水力射孔、压裂、封隔一体化的增产改造新技术。设计研制了用于101.6 mm套管井的水力喷砂射孔工具并优化作业管柱。通过数值计算,给出了射流参数与施工排量的匹配曲线。借助实验手段,确定压裂液交联比例及液体性能测试方法。制定了适合该类井的压裂工艺。现场试验证明水力喷射压裂工艺能够解决101.6 mm套管井常规压裂技术难以有效改造的问题,且对复杂结构井实施增产改造,为水力喷射压裂工艺更广范围的应用提供了参考依据。
Abstract
Hydrajet fracturing (HJF), which combine jet perforation and hydraulic fracturing, is a relative new stimulation technique in oilfield. The jetting tool using in 101.6 mm casing wells is designed. The treatment tubing are optimized for this well. Though the numerical calculation, the relationship between the jet parameters and displacement is obtained. The proportion of fracturing fluid in oil tubing and test method are given. The HJF technology is made. It was resolved that traditional hydraulic fracture can’t treat effetely in the 4 in well. The above results also showed that this technology can be used in complex condition wells. The paper can provide reference for the further applications of HJF technology.
