聚合物驱油中,伴随着聚合物的注入,注入压力逐渐无法满足配注要求,致使间歇注入等欠注现象出现,影响了聚合物驱替效果,利用普通的水力压裂、化学解堵等措施进行增注,存在有效期短、作用效果不明显等问题。从物理、化学和生物等角度分析了造成堵塞的原因,对目前国内外应用的解堵剂进行了研究,并根据造成堵塞的主要原因对各种解堵措施进行了适用性分析,分析认为,要想获得理想的解堵效果,需要形成堵塞原因的诊断机制,并配合使用多种作业方式。
With the injection of polymer, the injection pressure was decreased gradually and was unable to satisfy the injection allocation rate during the polymer flooding, which wound caused the under-pressured injection, such as intermittent injection, and influenced the effect of polymer flooding seriously. General stimulation treatments such as hydraulically fracturing and chemical blocking removing are characterized by short validity period and poor action effect. This paper analyzed the reasons of plugging in physics, chemistry and biology terms and summarized the blocking removers common used at home and abroad, and then analyzes the suitability of different blocking removing measures according to the main reason of causing blockage. The results show that in order to obtain the ideal effect, we need to form the blockage reasons diagnostic mechanism, and adopt various practices to cooperate each other.
