保德区块煤层气定向井黏附卡钻的分析与预防

山西保德区块保1向2井和保1-1向1井钻井过程中,在钻穿8/9号煤层后打口袋时在同一天同一层位发生了黏附卡钻事故。针对保德区块定向井施工中出现的这一共性问题展开研究,利用保德区块已施工定向井的录井、测井及钻井等数据资料分析黏附卡钻产生原因,从钻具组合、钻井液性能和钻进工艺3个角度出发,分别提出预防黏附卡钻的措施,经过现场试验,显示出良好的效果,能很好地预防保德区块定向井黏附卡钻事故的发生,保证煤层气定向井钻井工程的顺利进行。同时,研究结果对其他区块的煤层气定向井施工也有借鉴意义。
during the drilling in Wells Bao1X2 and Bao1-1X1 Block Baode in Shanxi, adhesive drill pipe sticking occurred at the same formation while drilling No. 8+9 coal beds. Aiming at the common problem happened in the construction of directional wells in this Block, geological logging and logging curve as well as drilling data obtained from some already constructed directional wells were used to analyze the cause of pipe sticking. The prevention measures to pipe sticking were presented from three aspects: drilling tools assmbly, drilling fluid performance and drilling process. The measures were applied into filed with good result, which prevent the adhesive pipe sticking happening during the directional wells drilling in Block Baode and ensure the smooth implementation drilling operation in CBM reservoir. Meanwhile, these measures can also be used for reference in constructing directional wells in other blocks coal bed methane reservoirs.
