摘要
为开发一套储气库地面配套技术,研究了储气库的注气规模、压缩机型号及注入压力、润滑油吸附与过滤分离技术和气井流量计量工艺。研究认为:天然气驱动方式的效率较电机驱动方式高;采用过滤和分离相结合的特殊结构的过滤分离净化技术,能够满足储气库高速注气的需要;超声波流量计和弯管流量计可实现注、采气的双向精确计量。该系统在喇2注气站进行了应用,能够满足工程要求。
Abstract
Gas injection scale, type of compressor, injection pressure, adsorption and filtration technologies of lubricating oil and gas well flow metering techniques were all studied in this paper in order to figure out a suit of surface technical parameters technology for natural gas underground storage. The result indicates that the efficiency of gas driving mode is higher than that of motor driving. Purification technology which combined filtration and separation can meet the demand of high-speed gas injection for underground storage. Ultrasonic flowmeter and elbow flowmeter can realize the measurement both on gas injection and gas production. This system has been applied in La 2 gas injection plant, and was definitely satisfactory in engineering.
