Simplified technique for multistage separate pressure in thin-interbedding reservoirs with low-permeability

为了有效解决低渗透薄互层多级分压问题,提高单井日产油量,采用低密度油溶性堵球多层段连续分层压裂工艺,对堵球的性能评价、堵球分压的原则、施工规模、施工排量的优化等进行了介绍,从压裂优化设计、压裂施工的角度,证明低密度油溶性堵球是低渗透薄互层多级分压的最简捷最安全的施工工艺,现场施工封堵效率提高到了100%,单井增油量比分压前提高4倍多。
In order to solve the problem of multistage separate pressure in thin-interbedding reservoirs with low-permeability, and to enhance the daily oil production of single well, we used separate layer fracturing continuously in several intervals with low density oil-soluble plugging ball to evaluate the performance of the plugging ball. This paper introduced some key points, such as the principle of separating pressure by plugging ball, especially the drilling fluid parameters, operation scale and optimization of construction displacement during the separating pressure with plugging ball. Some preliminary exploration for the influence of fracturing fluid viscosity on crack height were conducted to indicate that low density oil-soluble plugging ball is the safest and simplest technique for multistage separating pressure in thin-interbedding reservoirs with low-permeability, which explained in fracturing optimization design and fracturing treatment terms. The field operation in 500 wells suggested that the technique has increased the plugging efficiency to 100 percent, and the oil increment per well was four times more than before the treatment.
