在老井井眼中进行套管开窗侧钻,可恢复老井产能,取得较好的经济效益,但在稠油井中开窗侧钻,通常会造成施工周期过长、复杂事故发生概率大的问题。针对稠油井开窗侧钻技术中存在的井筒处理难、开窗质量差、井身轨迹难以控制等难题,进行了研究与探讨,通过钻进前的井筒准备、改进套管开窗工具、井身轨迹控制、完善关键技术,提出了试压管柱、开窗钻具组合、钻进钻具组合的优化措施,解决了稠油井开窗侧钻的难题,通过现场应用取得了较好的效果,使稠油井侧钻技术日益完善成熟。
Sidetracking the matured wells could recover the productivity and obtain more benefit. But the sidetracking work on heavy oil well usually would bring the problem of long operation period, and high possibility of complex accidents. In accordance of the difficulties brought by heavy oil well sidetracking, as hard work of wellbore treating, weak quality of sidetracking and difficult control of well trajectory, some studies were carried out. By the wellbore preparation, improving casing window, controlling well trajectory, and key techniques of well completion, the optimization methods were proposed for pressure test pipe string, sidetracking tool assembly, and drilling tool assembly. The difficulties of sidetracking heavy oil wells were solved. Better results were obtained through field tests, which indicated the improvement of heavy oil well sidetracking techniques.
