新型含聚污水处理剂的研制及作用机理分析

聚合物驱油采出液中残留的HPAM质量分数较大,导致污水处理能力下降。冀东南堡陆地油田前期所用的污水处理剂已经达不到要求,通过200余种絮凝剂复配出絮凝剂JRJ-01,再通过实验研究了破乳剂JRP-45与JRJ-01的最佳复配比例,研制出新型高效污水处理剂JRJ-1,同时对新型污水处理剂JRJ-1的性能进行了评价,测定油水界面张力、黏弹模量和Zata电位,结果表明JRJ-1具有破乳剂及絮凝剂的双重优点,能够达到很好的污水处理效果。
Polymer flooding raised the mass concentration of the remaining HPAM in the production fluids and reduced sewage treatment capability. sewage treatment agent used in early stage can not meet the requirement of standard in Nanpu Jidong oilfield flocculant JRJ-01 was obtained by mixing more than 200 kinds of sewage treatment. A laboratory study on the beat combination of crude oil demulsifiers JRP-45 and the JRJ-01, a high efficiency sewage treatment agent JRJ-1 was generated. At the same time, the performance of the new type sewage treatment agent was evaluated through measuring the interface tension, the viscoelastic modulus and the Zata potential.The experimental results and mechanism analysis show that the new sewage treatment agent JRJ-1has the advantages of both demulsifies and the flocculants, and can reach to satisfying sewage treatment effect in Nanpu oilfield.
