Synthesis and property evaluation of JP series high temperature resistant foam agents

高温下泡沫剂起泡、稳泡性能不稳定阻碍了蒸汽泡沫驱技术的推广。针对此问题,室内利用烯烃磺化、烷基化、中和反应步骤合成了一系列磺酸盐型阴离子泡沫剂,并对其性能进行了评价。评价结果表明,增加磺酸根的数量有利于提高泡沫剂的耐温性,说明随着亲油基的增长,泡沫剂发泡性能降低,稳泡性能增强,温度适用范围增大。
Foaming of foam agents and instability of stabilizing performance in high temperature has hampered the widespread application of steam foam flooding technology. Aiming at these problems, a series of anionic sulfonate foam agents are synthesized by reactions of olefin sulfurization, alkylation and neutralization. The evaluation results of these agents show that the increasing of sulfonate will benefit for enhancing the temperature resistant of foam agent, and with the rise of lipophilic group, the performance of foam power is cut down and foam stability is improved, and with more hydrophilic groups, the foam power is cut down, but the high temperature resistant is strong than others and can be used in larger scale of temperature. The double sulfonate foam agents would be used widely in the field.
