水平井裸眼分段压裂坐封球座的研制与应用

针对直井压裂使用的坐封球座结构单一、水平井中使用常规坐封球座不能满足分段压裂施工工艺的问题，研制了水平井分段压裂坐封球座。该坐封球座不仅可以实现球与球座之间的密封，坐封球座本体也可以实现自封，避免了水平段坐封球不能固定而导致整个管串不能密封的问题。在苏里格气田进行了4口井的现场应用，水平井分段压裂管柱上悬挂封隔器的坐挂、裸眼封隔器涨封及悬挂封隔器液压丢手作业均顺利完成，表明该坐封球座工作性能稳定，满足水平井分段压裂施工要求。

The structure of the setting ball seat used in the vertical well fracturing is very single, and the seat conventionally used in the horizontal well has some limitations in meeting the requirement of construction technique for staged fracturing in horizontal wells, so a special setting ball seat is developed. these ball seat not only can achieve the perfect sealing between ball and ball seat, but also make the ball seat self-sealing come true to avoid the problem that the whole string can not be sealed because of the unfixed setting ball at the horizontal section. This technique was implemented in 4 wells in Sulige gas field. The sealing of hanger packer, the expanded sealing of open hole packer, and the hydraulic releasing of hanger packer were all successfully completed at strings of horizontal well fracturing. It shows that the Ball Seat Sub with stable performance can meet the requirement of horizontal well fracturing.
