电磁验封技术是检验分层注水封隔器密封的重要方法之一,现场使用中由于井况复杂、验封资料分析方法不准确等影响了电磁验封技术的可靠性。对电磁验封技术存在的问题进行了研究分析,分析了仪器密封不严、流量小、地层不吸水等5种原因对验封结果的影响,提出了解决问题的方法和技术改进,提高了电磁验封技术应用的准确性和可靠性。
Separated layer water flooding has been became one of the key technologies for improving water flooding efficiency and raising the residual oil recovery in the most oilfields of China. The sealing performance and effectiveness of the layered sealing packer decide whether a long-term and high efficiency stratified water flooding can be carried out. Electromagnetic inspection sealing instrument is one of the critical methods to examine the sealing performance of packers. Some problems such as the different analysis methods for testing information, the interpretation differences for graphics have effected the inspection and judgment for packer sealing. The mechanism of electromagnetic inspection seal, analysis method of testing data and graphics features are discussed in this paper. With emphasis on the confronting problems during the electromagnetic system sealing process, it provides a better inspection method for quickly and accurately etermining the information, to ensure the accuracy of data analysis.
