摘要
深水喷射法下表层导管过程中机械钻速与地层强度、钻头结构和水力参数等因素密切相关,钻压是影响机械钻速的主要因素之一。为了研究喷射法钻进施工过程中钻压与机械钻速之间的关系,开展了一系列喷射法下导管的模拟试验,来探索喷射过程中钻压与钻速的之间影响规律。通过对大量试验数据的处理和分析,建立了适合南海白云区域海底浅层的钻压与机械钻速之间关系模型。利用建立的钻速计算模型,在白云6-1-1井进行了现场应用。利用理论模型推荐出的最佳钻压和最大机械钻速数据与实测数据吻合良好。现场应用结果表明,文中研究成果能够为海洋深水喷射法下表层导管施工提供科学依据。
Abstract
The mechanical drilling rate of jetting drilling in sub-bottom deepwater relates closely to formation strength, drilling bit structure, hydraulic parameters and so on, and according to practice, Weight-on-Bit(WOB)is one of the important factors impacting the mechanical drilling rate. In order to examine the relationship between WOB and mechanical drilling rate for jetting during in deepwater, simulation tests about jetting technology are carried out. The model of inter-relations between WOB and mechanical drilling rate is found, which is suitable for the Baiyun area, through analysis and processing of the data of simulation tests. The theoretical model is applied and checked by the real-test data of Baiyun 6-1-1 well. The conclusion indicates that the best WOB and the maximal mechanical drilling rate calculated by the theoretical model match the real-test data. Therefore, the research result could provide scientific basis for tripping in surface pipe by jetting in deepwater drilling.
