The drilling technology of big inclination long open hole directional well in the Southwest China Sea Oilfield

对于“三低”储层及“薄”储层,大井斜使油层段暴露面积增加,油井产量提高;对于海洋石油开发,由于海上生产平台的空间限制,在有限的空间,有限的井数下,要最大限度地实现开发整个区块,大斜度定向井是有效途径,但是大斜度长裸眼定向井本身存在着井眼清洁,井壁稳定,下套管固井等问题,往往会出现很多的井下复杂情况。文中结合南海西部北部湾盆地涠洲11-1N油田A8大斜度双靶点深定向井的各井段施工技术,各井段钻井液的技术要点及技术措施,探讨了井眼轨迹控制,钻具组合优选,压差卡钻处理,岩屑携带,井壁稳定,下套管固井等问题,并有针对性地提出了相应措施。A8井的作业实践对今后类似井的作业具有很好的指导和借鉴作用。
As the development of oil drilling technology, for increasing the production of oil well, it needs maximum exposure area of oil stratum, big rake directional wells are used more and more by oil fields; for “three-low” stratum or “thin” stratum, big rake increases the exposure area of oil stratum and production of oil well; for offshore oil exploitation, because of space limitation of offshore production platform, under limited space and wells, for exploiting whole area maximum, big rake directional well is effective measure. Otherwise, as the development of drilling technology, after optimizing well depth structure, big rake and long naked directional well are used widely, but there are many questions such as well clearness, well wall stability, cementing after running casings, sometimes leads to many the ins and the outs of oil below. This article combines kinds of each well segment‘s constructions technology and drilling fluid’s technological outlines and measure of west of south china sea, the basin of North Gulf, WeiZhou11-1N oil field, A8 well, big rake double targets deep directional well. Discuss the controlling of well track, optimizing drilling tools assembly, the disposal of pressure and stuck, carrying rock crumbles, stabilization of oil well, running in casing cement and so on, bring forward relevant measurements pertinently. The task practice of A8 well will be provided with good guidance and use for reference to relevant well, big displacement and level wells work.
