受海上油气田井位井槽限制,同时为提高采收率,丛式大斜度井在海洋钻井的应用日益广泛,随之开发难度也不断增加。为减小丛式大斜度井实施风险,通过在乐东22-1气田的实际应用,结合有关理论分析与计算,对井身剖面及井身结构设计、井眼轨迹导向控制、井壁稳定与井眼清洁等工艺进行了分析,总结了该气田丛式大斜度井钻井工艺的技术特点和成功经验,同时探索了海上丛式井技术的新方法,效果较好,对同类油田具有较好的借鉴作用。
Because the well slot on offshore platform is limited, in order to increase the ultimate recovery, high-inclination cluster wells were used widely, so the development difficulty increased. By the real application of drilling the cluster and high angle well in Le Dong22-1gas field, it were analyzed that the techniques of well diagram and well structure design, well track control, wellbore stability and well cleaning processing, and the technical characteristics and experience of drilling high-inclination cluster wells were summed up. Meanwhile, a noval method of drilling high-inclination cluster wells was studied with good effect, which could be viewed as a good example for the same type of field.
