摘要
气井积液会给气田和气井本身带来严重危害,准确诊断气井积液的时机,及时采取措施能大大降低和消除气井积液带来的一系列危害。基于Turner模型,取井底环境为控制条件,系统研究了地层压力、井口压力、油管尺寸、水气比等因素对气井临界流量的影响,分析了各因素的敏感性,并提出了防止气井积液的针对性建议;结合涩北气田的生产动态,对比分析了目前常用的5种临界流量计算模型,优选出动能因子法诊断气井积液,其动能因子下限值取10。
Abstract
Liquid loading in gas well will bring serious damage on gas field and the gas well self. In order to cope with this problem, accurate diagnosis the situation and the time of bottom hole liquid loading becomes the crucial step. Critical rate is one of the methods be common used. Based on the Turner model, this paper take the bottom of wellhole as control condition, study the influence of reservoir pressure, wellheard pressure, the size of tubing, water -gas ratio on critical rate, analyze their respective sensitivity, and point out the suggestion on preventing liquid loading. Considering the production performance of SeBei gas field, comparative analyze five kinds critical rate calculation model used often now. Then selected kinetic energy factor model, the minimum kinetic energy factor is 10.
