摘要
膨胀筛管技术是一种新兴的防砂技术,介绍了大通径膨胀筛管悬挂器、带有割缝的膨胀螺纹及具有变径功能的膨胀工具等膨胀筛管的几个关键技术。大通径膨胀筛管悬挂器能够确保变径膨胀工具的顺利下入,带有割缝的螺纹膨胀后与筛管本体具有一样大小的内径,变径膨胀工具使得膨胀筛管可以紧贴井壁,减少砂粒的运移和冲蚀。膨胀筛管技术在两口套损井中的防砂应用表明,在满足选井条件的情况下,采用膨胀筛管可以获得较好的生产效果,筛管膨胀后紧贴套管内壁,膨胀后筛管内径比普通筛管内径大,有利于增大泄油面积,提高油井产量。
Abstract
Expandable Screen Technology is a new sand control technique. Expandable hanger with larger diameter, expandable screw with slot and expansion tool with diameter variable features are several key technologies of expandable screen. Expandable hanger with larger diameter enables the diameter variable expansion tool to run into the well successfully, the slotted thread after expansion has the same diameter with expandable screen, and The adjustable expansion tool makes expandable screen close to the wall, which can reduce the migration of sand and erosion. In this paper, the study on the slotted expandable thread, expandable hanger and the development of adjustable expansion tool, ground-based testing and underground simulation testing of expandable screen were introduced. This application of expandable screen technology in two damaged casing for the sand control illustrated that adopting expandable tube can get favorable productivity after meeting the requirement of selecting well condition. The expandable screen touching the inwall of the casing for which the inner diameter of expandable screen is bigger than that of conventional screen pipe, is helpful to enlarge the drainage area and enhance oil well productivity.
