悬链线轨道可以降低钻柱摩阻,利用钻头的自然漂移规律钻井,可以解放钻压、提高机械钻速。有机地融合了悬链线轨道和利用方位漂移规律钻井的优点,系统地研究了三维悬链线剖面的设计问题。建立了三维悬链线轨道的数学模型,分析了井斜单元和方位单元之间的耦合关系,提出了三维悬链线剖面设计的约束方程,形成了系统的三维悬链线剖面设计方法。最后,通过设计实例验证了理论模型的正确性。
The catenary profile can reduce the drill string drag, and making use of the nature drift rule of bit for drilling can liberate WOB and increase ROP. This paper combines the advantages of the catenary profile and azimuth drift, and systematically studies the three-dimensional catenary profile design method. This study has set up the mathematic model of the three-dimensional catenary profile, analysed the coupling relation of inclination units and azimuth units, put forward the constraint equation of the three-dimensional catenary profile design, and formed a systematical design method of three-dimensional catenary profile. Finally, it validates the correctness of theoretical models through a design example.
