摘要
为增加泄油面积、提高单井产量和采收率,渤海油田旅大A3h井在井斜90°左右实施水平分支井。该井原设计为一口东营组水平井,在?311 mm井眼水平段着陆后,由于油藏变浅,着陆点靠近油层下部,后续钻完井作业难度很大。针对这一情况,结合油藏特点,创新钻完井工艺,将原设计的水平井优化为水平分支井,优化钻具组合,改变完井方案,创下了渤海水平分支井井斜最大的记录;同时也刷新了GP工具在井斜95°以上钻出分支井眼的世界记录。最终实现了油藏开发效益最大化,取得了较好的经济效益。
Abstract
Horizontal branch well which usually carried out with 90 degree, can increase drainable area, improve per well production and enhance oil recovery ratio. The LDA3h well was initial designed a horizontal well, but after drilling to the landing point, the landing point was already at the bottom of reservoir. So the following drilling and completion job is very difficult. In view of this situation, the Department of Drilling and Completion optimized the original design, and change to the horizontal branch well, optimized the BHA and the drilling parameter, and improved the completion program. We got a good result after a set of treatment, and set a record of maximum deviation angle of horizontal branch well in Bohai, also refreshed the world record of GP tools. Ultimately, we have maximized the benefits of the reservoir development, and achieved good economic benefits.
