摘要
为满足无机颗粒堵剂注入不同径向深度地层的封堵需要,必须对无机颗粒堵剂与地层孔喉的匹配关系进行研究。考察了堵剂颗粒直径d50与地层孔隙喉道直径Dc的比值b以及堵剂固相含量C与地层孔喉的匹配关系。确定了粒径中值d50为25.1 μm的超细水泥作为堵剂颗粒,选择了3种不同粒径范围的油层出砂充填填砂管,换算出相应的孔喉直径Dc和b值。利用平流泵以稳定排量q将无机颗粒堵剂注入填砂管,模拟无机颗粒堵剂注入疏松砂岩地层的过程。通过测量不同(b,C)组合与相应平流泵注入压力pz的关系来表征超细水泥浆体系注入不同径向深度地层孔喉的匹配关系。应用该研究成果已实现了对近井壁疏松砂岩地层的封堵,并用于指导大港油田大孔道地层深部封堵试验。
Abstract
In order to meet inorganic particle plugging agents injecting into the different radial depth of formation for plugging needs, in-depth study of the matching relations between inorganic particles and formation pore is the key work . This article examines not only the ratio (b) of the plugging agents particle size (d50) and the formation pore diameter (Dc), but also the introduction of the solid content (C) of inorganic particles plugging agent to control the match relations,which is the first time. Firstly, it determined ultra-fine cement as the plugging agent particles ,which the value of d50 = 25.1 μm, and chosen three different size range of reservoir sand as filling unconsolidated sand, converted the corresponding pore throat diameter dc and b value. Secondly, it used advection pumps stable the displacement q, injecting into the unconsolidated sand, simulated inorganic particles plugging into the sandstone formation process. By measuring the difference (b, C) combination with the corresponding injection pressure pz of the advection pump, it used the curve diagram (contain b, C, pz) represent the matching relations. Currently, the research results have been successfully applied to particle plugging agents injecting into the loose sandstone formation near the block wall, and is guiding the inorganic particle plugging agents injecting into deep pore formation of Dagang Oilfield plugging test.
