Hydraulics calculation of deepwater riserless mud recovery drilling

为解决深水钻井中遇到的一系列难题,国外研发出无隔水管钻井液回收钻井技术(RMR),该技术去除了隔水管,利用相对较小的回流管线将钻井液和钻屑从海底泵送回钻井平台。由于RMR技术是最新发展的技术,目前尚无合适的水力学计算理论和方法。根据无隔水管钻井液回收钻井系统的工作条件及特点,推导出无隔水管钻井液回收钻井系统的水力学计算公式,编制水力学计算软件,进行了算例分析,并与文献中数据进行了对比,验证了计算公式和程序的正确性。
In order to overcome the problems encountered in the process of deepwater drilling,the AGR Subsea Company proposed the Riserless Mud Recovery(RMR) drilling system.Ocean riser is eliminated in this system,mud and cuttings are pumped to drill platform with minor diameter return line.Because RMR is a new technology and it needs correct hydraulic computational theory and method urgently. On the basis of the operating condition and characters of RMR system, developed hydraulic computational formula of RMR system and compiled hydraulic software, gave an example and compared with the data of literature, verified the correctness of the calculation formulas and procedures.
