摘要
导管架回接完井技术是在预钻井作业完毕后,安置导管架并安装上部组块,实现套管回接,建立水下至地面的流体通道后转入完井生产作业。为了节约钻机资源,海上某油田进行多次调研,最终实现导管架回接完井作业。导管架回接作业的最外层为508 mm套管,回接作业包括连接、安装扶正器、对孔、对井口、回接锁紧等几项工序,并最终通过试压验证回接的可靠性,回接作业中需要考虑井口密封及承受载荷方面的影响,以便满足长时间生产的需求。该油田通过对管串的受力分析及现场切割等工艺,实现了20余口井的回接,为顺利投产奠定了基础。在回接过程中,管串受导管架安装精度影响较为明显,需要在后续油田作业中加以控制。
Abstract
As the drilling development growing fast in recent year, The operating plan of semi-submersible drilling platform pre-drilling and then fixing jacket topside for tieback completion job is adopted to save drilling rig resource and drilling cost in part of sea area which is base on meeting the requirement of putting into production. For casing tieback and building up fluid channel before completion job, the plan is fixing jacket topside in a short-term after pre-drilling job is accomplished successfully. Base on the idea of saving drilling rig resource, we had finally finished tieback completion job through many investigation and research in Wenchang oilfields. The outer layer of jacket tieback job is 508 mm casing. The procedure of tieback job including joining and fixing centralizer, bore, wellhead, locking tieback and so on. Pressure test should be done for proving the tieback job is successful. It should be considered that the effect of wellhead seal and load carrying ability can meet the needs of long production. By means of the load analysis of casing strings and field cutting technology in Wenchang oilfields, we had made an achievement of more than 20 wells tieback job. It settled the base before putting into production. The accuracy rate of jacket installation have effect on casing strings obviously, it should be tightly controlled in the follow-up oilfield job.
