为保证固井质量，胜利油田在高压井、漏失井、复杂井、多套压力层系井的完井固井工艺中采用了套管外封隔器。在使用中，不断改进结构，并研制开发新型管外封隔器，改善了密封效果，满足了复杂油藏的开发和特殊工艺完井的需要。文中综述了应用情况，分析了存在的问题，针对更加复杂的油藏和多样的完井方式，提出了研究新型结构和特殊功能的封隔器的必要性，以满足老油田深层次开发完井固井的需要。

External Casing Packer is used in Shengli Oilfield in the high pressure well, leakage well, complicated well, multiple pressure layer cementing and completion well process,and solve the technical problems to ensure cementing quality. With the development of complex reservoirs and special process completion, by analyzing the existing problems, improving the structure, new External Casing Packers are researched and developed, improved sealing effect, meet the needs of special completion sequence. Aim at the more complex reservoir and diverse completion methods, should study the new structure and special features packer, to meet the needs of exploration and development.
