Integrated rescue techniques in dealing with blowout caused by wellhead casing head damage

为快速、高效、安全地处理因油气井套管头损坏及断裂造成的井喷事故,通过分析和总结井喷事故的经验教训,研究设计了新型抢喷装置及配套技术,并进行了室内和现场试验,该配套技术是通过套管造扣抢喷装置与井口套管头损坏处进行有效连接来实现井喷事故的处理,现场使用效果较好,降低了井喷造成的损失,对提高油田井喷抢险能力具有促进作用,可进一步推广应用。
Blowout caused by wellhead casing head damage and fracture must be timely, efficiently and safely rescued. A new spraying device and integrated rescue techniques were developed and designed by analyzing and summarizing blowout experiences and lessons. Laboratory and field tests related were already carried out. The technology dealt with blowout accident by effectively connecting casing buckle spraying device to the damaged part of wellhead casing head. Field application showed good results and the losses caused by blowout were reduced effectively. This technology can promote the capacity of blowout rescue and is worth of further application and popularization.
