PDC钻头受其切削齿材料性能的制约,其应用空间和技术优势的发挥遇到了极大的挑战,急需研制一套试验装置来检测PDC作为切削齿在受力与旋转并伴有无规律振动、冲击状态下,钻凿岩石所具有的工程特性。在详细叙述PDC钻凿特性试验装置功能与整体结构设计方案的基础上,简要介绍了样机研制的过程、主要技术参数精度检测试验结果、技术性能及其创新点。研究结果为高效能PDC钻头的研制和性能检测提供了借鉴。
Constrained by the mechanical properties of its cutter material, PDC bit is met with great challenge from applications and technology advantages. In order to improve the quality of PDC bit fundamentally, it is critical to develop a set of equipment for testing engineering properties of PDC as cutter material while drilling in rocks in force and rotation accompanied by irregular vibration and shock. Based on elaborating the functions of the functions and design of overall structure of the equipment for testing PDC drilling features, this paper briefly introduces the process of prototype development, accuracy test results of main technical parameters, technical performance and innovations. Research results provide reference for the development and performance testing of high-performance PDC bit.
