Rabaa-1井177.8 mm尾管固井“插旗杆”事故处理

Handling of 177.8 mm liner sticking occurred when cementing in Rabaa-1 well

Rabaa-1井是也门71区块的一口重点探井，该井在四开 216 mm井眼中完下 177.8 mm尾管固井过程中发生了“插旗杆”事故。根据井下实际情况，SIPC也门分公司制定了切实可行的技术方案和措施，经过14 d的套铣、倒扣处理，顺利起出了包括送入工具在内的193.4 m落鱼。对事故原因进行了分析，提出了预防措施。“插旗杆”事故的成功处理，不仅挽救了一口海外高产油气井，而且也对今后也门地区尾管固井施工提供了重要借鉴。

Rabaa-1 is a key exploration well drilled in Block 71 in Yemen. 5 spuds was schemed in the well and after 216 mm hole drilled, 127 mm DP with liner running tool got stuck during 177.8 mm liner cementing operation. After this incident happened, drilling experts of SIPC E＆P Yemen immediately made feasible technical procedure and took effective measures to deal with the difficulties by means of the actual down-hole conditions. According to these technical measures, it took 14 days to conduct the wash-over and back-off fishing operations and altogether 193.4 m of down-hole fishes with liner running tool finally had been pulled up. Liner cement incident has been successfully diminished not only saving the life of the high output oil-well, but also giving a good lesson on liner cementing operator in Yemen.
