为苏里格气田探索低渗透气藏提高单井产量和采收率的新途径,通过对国内外目前应用的水平井压裂技术进行调研,提出在苏里格气田应用裸眼完井多级分段压裂技术,并在苏平36-6-23井进行了探索性试验。施工后该井实现了水平井裸眼分段压裂合层排液,测试无阻流量101.4764×104 m3/d,成为历年来苏里格气田第1口无阻流量逾越百万方的水平井,为苏里格气田水平井开发提供一种可靠的完井工艺和增产措施。
To find out the new approach to increasing single well production and recovery in low-permeability gas reservoir, through conducting research on the horizontal well fracturing technology currently used both home and abroad, the open hole completion multistage fracturing technology is proposed to be applied in Sulige gas field, and it is tested in Suping 36-6-23 well. Through staged fracturing, open hole staged fracturing commingled drain is realized in this well, the open low is tested at 101.4764×104 m3/d. So this well becomes the first one with open flow exceeding one million cubic meters in Sulige gas field. It provides a reliable completion technology and stimulation approach for the development of horizontal wells in Sulige gas field.
