摘要
针对内蒙古海拉尔区块储层特点,采用了射孔+压裂+水力泵快速返排求产一体化工艺。在优选射孔方式的同时,研制了与该工艺管柱配套使用的压裂用水力喷射泵,传压托砂皮碗,优选了适合该工艺的大通径压裂封隔器。该工艺集大孔径深穿透射孔技术、压裂改造技术和水力泵深抽强排技术的优点为一体,特别适用于海拉尔区块自然产能低需要压裂改造后及时、快速、连续大量排液的油层。现场应用表明该工艺操作方便、施工周期短,是一套完整高效、有利于保护油气层并准确获取地层真实产能的新技术,满足了生产要求。
Abstract
According to the characteristics of Hailaer Oilfield in Inner Mongolia, the combination technology of perforation+ fracture+jet is applied. The special hydraulic jet pump, transduction cup and big bore fracture packer fitting for fracture technology are designed while optimizing the perforation parameters. The technology combining the strong suit of perforation, fracture, and hydraulic jet pump fit for the low natural energy formation of Hailaer Oilfield which needs fracture and unloading in time. Field application shows that the technology not only shortens operation period, also favorable for the protection of the formation, correctly getting the formation deliverability, and meeting the requirement of production.
