新型三元共聚物防垢剂的合成及评价

Synthesis and evaluation of new terpolymer scale inhibitor

以新单体XA-1、丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为原料合成了三元共聚物,考察了单体比例、引发剂用量、反应温度对共聚物防垢性能的影响,并评价了聚合物的防垢性能。结果表明,合成反应的最优条件是:单体XA-1的质量占单体总质量的60%,丙烯酸占30%,丙烯酰胺占10%,引发剂用量为单体质量的0.4%,反应温度为70 ℃,反应时间为6 h。在此条件下合成的共聚物,加量为12 mg/L时,对硫酸钡垢的防垢率为94.8%。温度升高,矿化度较高,聚合物防垢率降低。
Terpolymer is synthesized by new monomer(XA-1)and acrylic acid (AA) as well as acrylic amide(AM). The effect of monomer ratio, dose of initiator, reaction temperature on scale inhibition rate of copolymers is examined and antiscale performance of polymer is evaluated. The results show the optimum condition of polymerization is the monomer(XA-1) 60% and acrylic acid 30% and acrylic amide10% and dose of initiator 0.4% and the reaction temperature 70℃ and reaction time 6 h. The scale inhibition rate of the copolymer formed at the condition is 94.8% on barium sulfate with the addition of 12 mg/L. The scale inhibition rate of the copolymer reduces when the temperature rises and the concentration of sodium ion in formation water gets higher.
