摘要
针对国内低渗透油田注采过程中注水压力高、配注不足等问题,研究应用了水基纳米聚硅减阻增注技术,该技术通过将合成的水基纳米减阻增注材料,以合适的方法注入油层来降低渗流阻力,提高配水量,阐述了纳米聚硅材料在油田注水井中的降压增注应用机理、岩心室内试验、选井原则、并对注清水及污水的现场效果进行了分析,通过应用分析可知,该技术显著地提高了注水井的注水量、降低了注水压力,为纳米聚硅材料的工业化转化与规模化推广应用打下了基础。
Abstract
In view of such problems as high injection pressure and insufficient injection allocation during injection in low-permeability oilfields in China, the technology to reduce resistance and augment injection by water-based nanometer polysilicon is studied and applied. It injects water-based nanometer materials for reducing resistance and augmenting injection into oil layer in a suitable way, so as to reduce flow resistance. This paper elaborates the application mechanism of nanometer polysilicon in water injection wells in oilfields, its core laboratory test and well selection principle, and its application in injection of water and sewage. Through applied analysis, it is shown that the technology remarkably increases injection and reduces injection pressure of injection wells, laying a basis for industrial transformation and large-scale application of nanometer polysilicon materials.
