井组数值模拟技术在沁水煤层气田开发中的应用

煤层气田渗透性一般较差,单井降压范围小、效果差,常需大井组长期排采以达到整体降压、提高开发效果的目的。选取沁水气田的一个典型生产井组,采用数值模拟方法,对其开采动态、开发效果进行了分析评价。介绍了数模软件ECLIPS中CBM模块的一些特点,综合地质认识成果和测试资料建立了该井组的非均质数值模型;使用多种拟合方法和技巧,同时对井组和单井的产气(水)量、井底压力等生产历史进行拟合,保证了修正的地质模型更接近实际储层情况;在此基础上进行了生产动态预测,对不同产气井的计算开发指标进行了对比分析,量化了该区的开发前景。该研究成果为研究煤层气井组产气能力及井间干扰提供了有效的方法,对煤层气井组的现场排采具有一定的指导意义。
Most coalbed methane(CBM)fields feature in low permeability, small single-well’s pressure drawdown area, and bad developing effect. To drop coalbed pressure integrally, it is usually necessary to keep long-term drainage and mining under big well-group. In this article, mainly using numerical simulation method, a typical producing well-group’s production performance and development effect are appraised in Qinshui CBM field. Firstly the article briefly introduces some characteristics of CBM module in ECLIPS simulation software, and the well-group’s heterogeneous model is established with the help of comprehensive geology achievement and the test data. Using kinds of matching methods and skills, well group and single well’s gas(water)production histories and bottom-hole pressure are matched carefully, which can guarantee the modified model more closing to the actual reservoir situation. Based on the model, production performance is forecast、and contrastive analysis among development targets for different gas well are conducted. The research results provide an effective method to study well-group’s capicity and well interference, also give guidance to well-group’s field production.
