针对油井内杂物可能堵塞坐封器造成封隔器无法坐封的情况,设计了防砂坐封器。通过设计防砂桥式通道,采用销钉固定防砂球座,确保油套连通;设计有反洗井机构,一旦砂子等杂物沉积在防砂球座上,可通过反洗井清除杂物,使其不至于落入坐封器下部传压通道内,可完成封隔器的正常坐封、正常丢手,保证施工工艺可靠完成,提高工艺可靠性。从现场15口井的应用情况看,没有一口井出现砂堵现象,工艺成功率100%,为化学封堵提供了技术支撑。
Set packer may be jammed by impurities in oil wells, as a result, the packer could not be set. In view of this, sand control packer is designed. Through the design of sand control bridge channel, pins are used to fix sand control ball seat, so as to ensure the connection of casing. Inverse well flushing structure is designed. Impurities could be eliminated through inverse well flushing as soon as grits and other impurities deposit on the sand control ball set, so that the packer could be set as normal. This could guarantee the construction technology to be completed reliably. From the application in 15 wells, the phenomenon of sand blockage does not occur in any well, the success ratio of the technology reaches 100%, providing technological support for chemical plugging.
