在南海海域,海洋的高流速环境会对半潜式钻井平台一开作业产生很大影响,为了使海洋钻井的昂贵费用有所降低,钻井作业者急需一种应付高流速问题的技术。文中介绍了半潜式钻井平台在高流速海域钻井作业时,防止表层打斜的一种新方法。应用该方法突破现行的常规作业程序,可以让半潜式平台在海流较大的情况下正常开钻,从而避免了为等平流而耽误开钻时间。该方法在南海西部莺歌海高流速海域的成功应用表明这种新技术是可靠的,可以有效节约建井时间和成本。
In the South China Sea, the high flowrate marine environment may affect initial opening of semi-submersible drilling platform considerably. In order to decrease the costly expense of marine drilling, operators are urgently in need of a technique to cope with the problem of high flowrate. This paper introduces a new method of guarding against inclination in surface level of semi-submersible platform in high flowrate marine environment. By using this method, operators can spud in normally when the flowrate is very high. As a result the collaring time for waiting low flowrate could not be delayed any longer. The successful application of this method in YingGe sea indicates that it is assured and could reduce the time and cost of well construction effectively.
