在深水油气田完井作业过程中,管柱内生成的天然气水合物会堵塞流动通道,严重影响正常作业,通过对天然气水合物形成机理及预防的研究,分析了解决完井作业过程中天然气水合物堵塞的措施方案,并以作业实例说明现场施工中遇到的困难和具体的作业处理流程,为后续的深水完井作业提供了理论和经验,可进一步推广应用。
During completion of oil and gas fields in deep water, the gas hydrate generated inside the tube column may block the channel, influencing the normal operation severely. Through the study on the formation mechanism and prevention of gas hydrates in this paper, solutions to the blocking of gas hydrate during completion are analyzed. Examples are given to illustrate the difficulties in field operation and the specific treatment schemes. This provides valuable theories and experience for deep water completion in near future and may be applied further.
