摘要
在抽油杆上加装扶正器可以减少杆管偏磨的影响,但扶正器的间距配置一直没有一个很好的设计方法,大多数油井都是凭经验进行安装,缺少理论支撑。从实际井眼参数出发,综合考虑抽油杆在三维空间中的受力弯曲情况,详细分析了抽油杆柱的轴向载荷和横向载荷,并且以抽油杆的横向变形量等于油管与抽油杆之间的环空间隙为扶正器配置的基本?则,进行扶正器间距配置的求解,以此理论为基础,考虑相关算法公式在计算机中的具体实现,编制了相应的计算机程序。通过软件实例计算,证明该计算方法可行,可以在油田进行试验性应用。
Abstract
Sucker rod centralizer is very effective to reduce the impact of rod and tubing wear, but at present there is no a good method to design spacing configuration of centralize. Most wells are configured with experience, lacking of support of theory to guide. In this paper, based on the parameters of the actual borehole, considering the stress and bending conditions of rod in three-dimensional space, axial load and lateral load is analyzed in details. According to the basic principle that sucker rod’s horizontal deformation is equal to the annular clearance between tubing and sucker rod, the placement distance of sucker rod centralizer is calculated. The implementation method is studied based on the above theory, and corresponding computer program is established. The example of the calculation shows that the method is feasible and can be tested and applied to oilfields.
