101.6 mm套管井卡堵水管柱的研制与应用

为了进行101.6 mm套管井卡堵水作业，研制了以Y341-80封隔器为主体的丢手卡堵水管柱。该管柱由丢手、Y341-80封隔器、球座组成，采用液压坐封，可以实现封上采下、封中间采上下作业。液压丢手设计了压差打开机构，封隔器坐封后继续打压丢手，简化了施工工序。现场16井次应用表明，该管柱可以解决101.6 mm套管卡堵水问题。

To solve the problem of water plugging of 101.6 mm cased hole, water plugging string with release based on Y341-80 packer is developed. The string consists of release, Y341-80 packer, and ball seat. After setting hydraulically, upper setting and lower production could be fulfilled. The middle layer could be blocked and the upper and lower layers could be produced. is designed, and the release could be continually, so the operation procedures are simplified. The newly developed water plugging string has been applied to 16 wells and it can be used to solve the problem of water plugging of 101.6 mm casing.
