摘要
台南气田储气层埋藏浅,气层多且薄,成岩性差,结构疏松,钻井过程中经常出现严重的卡、塌、漏、喷等钻井复杂事故。通过分析研究,形成了包括井身结构优化设计、防漏堵漏技术、盐水聚合物钻井液体系优选、钻井工艺措施优化、固井技术等5项台南气田优快钻井综合配套技术,钻井速度大幅提高。与2007年相比,2008年直井平均完井周期缩短了40.43%,水平井平均完井周期缩短了45.51%,节约钻井成本12376.35万元,满足了台南气田优快钻井需要。
Abstract
There are a great number of gas-bearing reservoirs are buried shallowly in Tainan gas field. They are mostly thin and have poor diagenetic grade and loose structure. Accidents like sticking, collapse, leak, and blowout often occur during drilling. Through analysis, five systematic optimized drilling technologies are developed,i.e. optimal design of casing program, leak resistance and plugging technology, selection of salt/polymer drilling fluid systems, optimization of drilling technologies, cementing technologies. So drilling speed is increase remarkably. The average period of vertical well completion in 2008 was shortened by 40.43% as compared with that of 2007, while the average period of horizontal well completion was shorted by 45.51%, and 123.7635 million yuan of drilling cost was saved. The systematic technolgies meet the requirement of optimized drilling in Tainan gas field.
