煤层气多分支水平井技术集成了钻井技术优化设计、远距离穿针、精确地质导向、煤层保护与井壁稳定控制等技术,是一项技术性强、施工难度高的系统工程。为探索该项技术在沁水煤层气田郑庄区块的适用性,利用国内现有技术和装备,进行了郑平01-1煤层气多分支水平井现场施工。结合现场实施情况,从多分支水平井优化设计、两井连通、保护储层钻井液、多分支水平井井眼轨道控制、钻井施工工艺等方面论述了相关技术要点,探讨了煤层气多分支水平井的设计方法和理论,为煤层气的高效勘探开发提供了技术参考。
Multi-branch horizontal well drilling is one systematic and high-tech project, which integrates optimum design, remote intersection, accurate geosteering, coal protection, hole stability and other techniques. In order to evaluate the adaptability of this technique in Qinshui Basin, Multi-branch horizontal well ZHP01-1 is performed. This paper discusses some key techniques about optimum multi-branch design, remote intersection, drilling fluid, track control, etc. The principle and method of design for CBM wells are also discussed. It may be useful for high efficiency CBM exploration and development.
