摘要
应用不同的水泥浆体系固井是解决不同地层需要的主要手段,但对其流变性规律尚缺乏系统的实验研究和理论分析。针对目前常用的4种水泥浆体系,利用流变性实验分析方法,研究了水泥浆在不同水灰比、温度和水化阶段的变化规律,建立了流变参数随温度和时间的变化关系式。结果表明,水泥浆的流变性随着水灰比的增大而得以改善,随温度的变化具有明显的区间性变化规律,但不同体系的趋势转变温度点不同,且随着水泥浆的不断水化,其流性指数减小,稠度系数增大。该研究可为优化固井注水泥设计方案提供重要的理论依据。
Abstract
The use of different cement slurry systems for cementing is the major means meeting the requirements of different strata. However, there is still a lack of systematic experimental study and theoretical analysis of the rheology law of it. Based on the four kinds of cement slurry systems commonly used now, using the experimental analysis of rheology, the variation of cement slurry at different water/cement ratio(w/c), temperature and hydration stages is studied, and the correlation showing the variation of rheological parameters with temperature and time is established. It is shown that the rheology of cement slurry gets better with the increase of w/c and it is different within specific temperature range. But different slurry systems tend to change with different temperature. When the slurry gets hydrated increasingly, the rheological parameters decrease and the consistency coefficients increase. The study in this paper could provide important theoretical basis for the optimization of cementing design.
