交联聚合物微球的制备及岩心封堵性能研究

Preparation of crosslinked polymer microsphere and plugging performance study

通过反相微乳液聚合,得到一系列交联聚合物微球,利用岩心驱替等方法对孤岛污水配制的交联聚合物微球体系的封堵能力进行了研究,考察了岩心渗透率和聚合物浓度对封堵性能的影响,并利用不同浓度聚合物进行了岩心驱油实验。实验结果表明:所合成的交联聚合物微球能够溶于油田污水,不会出现絮凝现象;该交联聚合物微球可以进入岩心内部吸附、滞留、聚集并形成封堵;岩心驱油效果显示污水配置的交联聚合物溶液能够较好地提高采收率,可将模拟油的采收率提高14%~15%,不同浓度溶液对采收率大小没有影响,但浓度大时驱油速度会提高。
Water-soluble crosslinked polymer microspheres are prepared by inverse micro-emulsion polymerization, the plugging performance of the system prepared with waste water from Gudao crude oil is evaluated by plugging agent, the effect of various concentration and core permeability is studied. Oil-displacement experiments are proceeded with various concentration. The experimental results show that the crosslinked polymers microsphere can dissolve in oilfield wastewater without coagulation. Experiment of plugging performance shows that the crosslinked polymers microsphere can go into the inner of rock-core and easy to be adsorbed, retained, aggregated and bridging plugged in the throats of the core media. Tests of oil-displacement in man-made rock-core show that the crosslinked polymers microsphere dissolved in oil-field wastewater has good effect on EOR and can enhance the recovery rate of emulating oil by 14%~15%, high concentration can only enhance the oil-displacement velocity.
