随着负压射孔工艺的不断发展和进步,出现了很多射孔负压值的设计方法。常规射孔负压设计方法考虑因素单一,不同的负压设计方法设计的负压值差距较大,给现场应用带来诸多不便。为此,在对比分析常规射孔负压设计方法优缺点基础上,综合考虑地层渗透率、孔隙度、岩石力学参数、油田区块有无出砂史、套管安全压力、射孔孔眼的力学稳定性等因素,提出了一种新的射孔负压设计方法。新方法考虑的安全因素更全面,在新疆采油一厂应用后效果显著,8口试验井射孔后,均可自喷投产,且产能较高。新的射孔负压设计方法对油田的高效、安全开发具有重要的理论和现实意义。
With the development and progress of the underbalanced perforating technology, some different underbalanced pressure design methods have been developed. However, the factors that conventional method has taken into consideration are relatively simple, so the results vary a lot with different methods, resulting in great inconvenience to field application. So on the basis of considering the adventages and disadvantages of conventional methods, a new method taking many factors into account, such as reservoir permeability, porosity, rock mechanics parameter, sanding history, safe casing pressure, rock mechanic stability of bullet hole , etc. The new method takes safety factors into account more thoroughly as compared to the conventional one. It has been applied to the No.1 Oil Production Factory of Xinjiang Oilfield Company and remarkable effect has been achieved. After perforation in 8 wells, these wells all can perform as flow production naturally, attending higher productivity. All of these indicate that the new method of has certain practicability.
