摘要
浅(极浅)气层试气作业井控风险高,施工难度大。从难点分析、压井液体系优选及施工程序设计等多方面,综合研究了在确保井控安全条件下进行试气的系统工艺,形成了适于大港浅(极浅)气层的试气工艺,现场应用效果良好。浅(极浅)气层井控工作的关键是在一级井控上,从气层射开后到诱喷求产前,确保气层稳定,从而有效地把溢流等井控危险因素降到最低。
Abstract
High risks in well control and operation difficulties generally occur in gas production test job in shallow (extreme shallow) gas layer. In view of this, and on the basis of difficulty analysis, killing fluid system optimization as well as construction program design, in this paper comprehensive research is conducted on the systematic technology for gas production test while ensuring well control safety. So gas production test technology is developed, which is applicable to shallow (extreme shallow) gas layer in Dagang Oilfield. The key should be focused on first-order well control in shallow gas layer. After the gas layer is perforated, the stability in gas layer must be maintained before kicking well off operation, thereby, to effectively minimize such hazards in well control as overflow. This technology, with favorable field application prospect, is a reference for gas production test operation in similar gas wells.
